Low or No Adoption Fee for Long-Term Animals
*** The Adoption Fee is only $40.00 for all pets who have been in the Carroll County Humane Society's care for one to two years. If the pet has been in our care for two or more years we are waiving the Adoption Fee. There is an application and home check required. We ask that when adopting a long term pet you give the animal one week in your care. This give them the time to adjust to their new family and surroundings.There are alot of beautiful pets at our shelter just waiting to find that forever home won't you make there dreams come true.
