*** The Adoption Fee is only $40.00 for all pets who have been in the Carroll County Humane Society's care for one to two years. We are waiving adoption fees for pets that have been in our care two or more years. There is an application and a home check required before the pet is placed with the new family. We have numerous pets waiting for that forever home. Stop by and share your heart and home with a new friend.
